Toasted Ravioli Recipe

This way of preparing the ravioli can get you out of trouble on the least thoughtful occasions. Ideal to serve in a night snack with friends, and if this is not the case, children will also go crazy. Use them in seafood sauce, barbecue or ketchup.

Toasted Ravioli Recipe Ingredients:

4 cups of vegetable oil
6 eggs
½ cup of cream (half cream, half milk)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
24 frozen ravioli (cheese or meat)
2 cups seared sauce, heated
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Toasted Ravioli Recipe preparation:

Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until it reaches 205 ° C.
Beat the eggs with the cream half / half in a well. Leave the flour in a separate well and the breadcrumbs on a third well.

Take the ravioli fresh from the freezer and, one at a time, mix them with the egg mixture, then pass them by flour and end up covering them with breadcrumbs. Leave them on a plate aside when you finish them.

In batches of 3 or 4, let them fall in oil and fry them for 1½ to 2 minutes, until the surface is golden and the filling is hot. They brown quickly so watch them all the time!

Remove them and place them on a paper towel and repeat with the rest of the ravioli. Transfer them to a serving plate, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
