 For the preparation of this recipe we will need the following ingredients that you can find in any supermarket:

    1 bottle of Hida pumpkin cream
    200 grams of fetuccini
    Oregano
    Salt
    Extra virgin olive oil
    Boiling water
 

PUMPKIN FETTUCINE Elaboration:


We start directly with the pasta. Bluntly. In a frying pan with plenty of water we pour a jet of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt to taste. When the water starts to boil, we cook the pasta for 10 minutes, enough so that it is al dente (or to your liking).

We take out the pasta and drain it well to remove the water they carry. And the special moment comes, to pour our sauce (in this case pumpkin cream) on top.
