Curried Fish Fillet

These fish fillets are cooked in a particular and spicy curry sauce. Its preparation is extremely simple, so preparing it will take the same time the fish is cooked.


    2 medium-sized onions
    3 fish fillets
    1 medium sized tomato
    3/4 cup shredded coconut
    6 cloves of garlic
    3 red chili peppers
    1 teaspoon coriander seeds
    1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
    1 tamarind ball
    For the curry:
    1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    1 tablespoon coconut oil
    1 teaspoon mustard seeds
    Handful of curry leaves
    A few pieces of coriander to fill

CURRY FISH RECIPE preparation:

    Clean and wash the fish slices and rub turmeric everywhere. Cover and keep aside.

    Grind all ingredients until smooth.

    Heat the coconut oil in a large pan and add the mustard seeds. Once the seeds begin to splash, add the ground pasta and cook while stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.

    Slide the fish into the pan and add salt and 3/4 cup of water. Mix gently to avoid breaking the fish.
    Bring the curry to a boil, and lower the heat to a simmer. Add the curry leaves and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Cover with coriander leaves and serve.
