Rainbow cake crepes recipe

Rainbow Crepe Cake Ingredients:

- 350 gr of flour.
- 1.5 liter of cream.
- 750 ml of milk.
- 6 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt.
- Food coloring of colors.
- 2 tbsp vanilla essence
- 2 cups of glass of sugar.
- 75 g of melted butter.

Rainbow Crepe Cake preparation:

1. In a bowl we put the flour and butter and the beaten eggs. Mix well, we add the milk little by little while stirring with a rod.

2. Let the dough rest 30 minutes.

3. In three different containers we distribute the mass of crepes and dye with the color we want each one.

4. We put some butter in a pan and we will make the crepes.

5. When they are all let cool in the fridge 30 minutes.

6. In a large bowl we pour the cream and the mountain. We add the sugar and vanilla extract.

7. We assemble the cake. We put a little crepe of Chantilly and another crepe on top. So until the end.

8. Finally we cover the whole cake with Chantilly cream.
