Beef Chili recipe

  BEEF CHILI Ingredients:

 ▪️▪️4 people

 500 gr minced beef
 2 cans chopped natural tomato (about 820 grams)
 1 can of cooked red beans
 2 onions
 2 medium carrots
 2 cloves garlic
 2 medium peppers
 2 twigs celery
 1 tsp cinnamon powder
 1 tsp cumin powder
 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
 2 cayenas (only a little spicy you can add more or less)
 olive oil

 ▪️▪️To serve:
 Corn pancakes preferably without salt or
 Cheddar cheese or
 1 can corn or
 White rice

  BEEF CHILI Preparation:

 Clean and wash the vegetables.  Prepare the spices.  I have left the whole chillies but we will have to take them out at the end or notify the guests.

 Chop the onion and carrot and chop the pepper.  Sauté the vegetables until they are tender in a pan with a drizzle of oil.  When tender add the spices and vinegar.  Leave 3-4 more minutes.

 Move to a pot and add the minced meat while undoing it with a wooden spoon.  When the meat is done, add the tomato.  We will leave it over medium-low heat partially covered, 1 hour or until it thickens as we want more or less warm.  Check that it does not stick and remove.

 Finally, add the drained beans.  Stir and give 5 more minutes.  Remove and let stand a little.

 Serve accompanied by whatever we want.  To enjoy!
