Homemade energy bars Ingredients:

    Approximately 10-15 bars with these amounts will come out
    200grs of Medjool dates
    2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
    300ml of cold water
    25 g chia seeds
    50 grs dark chocolate (pieces)
    150 grs flax seeds
    75 grs pumpkin seeds
    75 grs sunflower seeds
    25 g white cereal flakes or gluten-free chocolate
    To decorate: caramel and white chocolate

Homemade energy bars Instructions:

    Preheat the oven to 180º
    Start with dates. Bone dates. Cut them rudely.

    Put the dates in a saucepan on the fire with 2 tablespoons of cinnamon. Cover with water.

    Remove and wait for it to boil.
    Separate in a bowl, mix: gluten free oatmeal, chia seeds, pumpkin, sunflower, dark chocolate pieces, dried red cranberries, chocolate gluten free cereals.

    Mix everything with your hands.
    Remove the puree of dates and pour directly onto the mixture. Stir all ingredients.

    Put sulfurized paper on a square pan or tray. Pour this mixture over the mold.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180º.
    Remove from the oven. Let it cool. Cut them as you like.
    We can already enjoy our bars at our breakfast or snack.

    If you dare to make them for children or adults who do not worry too much about calories you can add a thread of caramel or white chocolate.
