Steps to marinate chicken

    The last step is to let it macerate in the refrigerator. How long? From 2 to 4 hours, depending on the desired intensity. To get all the flavor, you can let it sit overnight. Remember to remove it from time to time if it is in small pieces or turn it over half the time of marinade when they are larger pieces.

    Once marinated, you will have to choose how to cook the chicken. 2. A trip to the east: marinated with soy sauce
Soy sauce, so appreciated in oriental cuisine, is the protagonist of our next grilled or fried chicken marinade.
