MELON GAZPACHO SPANISH SUMMER RECIPE:





Melon gazpacho recipe (cold refreshing soup)

melon gazpacho Ingredients:


     1 kg of melon (heavy without skin or pips)
     1 Italian green pepper
     ½ cucumber
     1 clove garlic
     2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
     4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
     Salt to taste
     To accompany
     1 tomato
     Serrano ham tacos
     1 dash of extra virgin olive oil

melon gazpacho Step by step preparation:


     Cut the melon into pieces without seeds and without skin.

     Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise and scrape the seeds with a spoon. Cut it.

     Wash the pepper, cut it in half lengthwise and remove the peduncle and seeds. Cut it.

     Peel the garlic clove, cut it in half lengthwise and remove the germ (stem) inside to make it more digestive.

     In the blender glass, put the melon, cucumber, pepper and garlic. Dress with salt and vinegar.
