How to make a Alfredo chicken pizza

There are a small number of people who do not like pizza and this is probably because they have not yet found one worthwhile. The food is like relationships, you have to find the right one to be 100% satisfied with our decision.

Sometimes it can be boring to eat pepperoni or Hawaiian pizza, as we did at home, all the time. Also, eating restaurant pizza can be very expensive and not necessarily with quality food. 

Now you can try this different option that combines the flavors of Alfredo pasta and pizza. Delight yourself with this delight!

Chicken Alfredo Pizza Ingredients:

    450g of pizza dough, bought or homemade
    1 1/2 cup grilled chicken, cut
    2 butter spoons
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon of flour, plus a little to flour
    1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons cream
    1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons milk
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Cornstarch, to flour
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    6 slices of bacon
    1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    1 1/2 tablespoons chopped chives

How to prepare Alfredo chicken pizza:

    Preheat the oven to 220ÂșC. Place a stone to bake pizza in the center of the oven to heat it while preparing the cover (at least 30 minutes).

     In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the garlic and onion powder. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, beating constantly. Let the mixture boil for 20 seconds. Remove from heat, add Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper and return to heat until ready to use.

    On a floured surface, crush and stretch the pizza dough until you have a circle the size you want (approx. 30 cm). Place the dough on a pizza shovel and shape it better. Remove the pizza stone from the oven, sprinkle some cornstarch and place the dough on top of it.

     Pour half of the Alfredo sauce over the dough and distribute evenly over the entire dough. Add the chicken and pour the rest of the sauce over it. Top with mozzarella cheese and chopped bacon.
    Spread the shore with a little olive oil and sprinkle with a little garlic powder and salt. Bake for 14-16 minutes, until the shore is golden brown.

    When ready, remove it from the oven, garnish with chopped scallions and cut into pieces.
