2 lobsters
3 oil tablespoons
Aromatic herbs
5 parsley branches
3 small onions
A branch of fresh thyme
A green pepper
A lemon

How to prepare Stuffed Lobster

To enjoy a delicious stuffed lobster, the first thing to do is put a saucepan over medium heat, with plenty of water, salt and herbs.

When it breaks to a boil we throw the lobsters and cook them a quarter of an hour. After this time we remove the pan from the heat and let the lobsters cool.

Once cold we cut them in half and extract all the meat from the body, reserving the shells and discarding the rest.

We put a little olive oil in a pan, put it on medium heat and when it is hot we toss the onion, the parsley, the lobster meat, the pepper, the thyme and the mushrooms, all well chopped.

When everything is soft, salt and pepper and add the lemon juice and curry. We stir well.

Fill the lobster shells with the mixture we have prepared and then put it in the oven, at 180º C., for a few minutes. And the lobster is ready to be brought to the table. Delicious!
