I have several friends and coworkers who eat a vegetarian diet, so I took on the task of making this dish. The reality is that you don't even realize that the hamburger is made of beans (beans).

Black Bean Burger Ingredients:

1 can of black beans

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped red pepper

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1 cup of bread crumbs - garlic & herbs

1 egg

Hamburger bread (this time we use the Brioche buns)




Salt to taste

Extra virgin olive oil

Black Bean Burger Process:

Wash the beans (beans), then place them in a food processor to grind them and create a dough. They don't have to be all completely ground. In a container place the dough, chilli powder, bread crumbs, onion, pimineto, egg and mix well. 

Create the burgers that are very compact. 

In a pan at medium-high temperature place a drizzle of olive oil and cook on each side about 4 minutes. In the same pan you can toast the bread a little and then place the mayonnaise, arugula and serve.
