for the flan a butter-coated mold is placed, the caramel is poured and we take a bowl to make the flan, 5 eggs are laid, a can of condensed milk, the same can with whole milk (we use it as a measure) and  a spoonful of vanilla essence, whisk everything, put it in the bain marie in the oven at 220 degrees 20 minutes, when this is taken out and left aside to pour the cake.

 Ingredients for the cake: 4 eggs, 1 cup of cocoa powder, half a cup of milk, half a cup of oil, a cup and a half of sugar, a tablespoon of baking powder or Royal type yeast and a cup and a half of flour  Wheat of all use, it is put in the flan and it is put again to the bath CHOCOFLAN of 40 to 45 minutes at 220 degrees, it is punctured with a stick and when it leaves dry already it is ready it is allowed to cool 1 hour and it is demolished, we put it  in the fridge for 4 or 5 hours and ready to serve.
