LASAGNA ROLL-UPS  Ingredients:

8 pre-cooked lasagna plates
1 clove garlic
30 grams of olive oil
150 grams of frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of ground pepper
1 pinch of ground nutmeg
150 grams of cottage cheese
25 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
100 grams of homemade fried tomato
100 grams of grated mozzarella
1 teaspoon dried oregano


1. We put the lasagna plates to soak with hot for 20 minutes (from time to time we move them so that they do not shrink).

2. We put garlic and oil in the glass; we do 3 seconds / speed 7, at the end we do 3 minutes / varoma / speed 1.

3. Add the spinach, salt, pepper, nutmeg and make now 4 minutes / varoma / speed 1.

4. Add the cottage cheese, cheese and egg. We do 15 seconds / speed 5. See you in a bowl.

5. Preheat the oven to 200º with grill. We line a baking sheet with baking paper and reserve.

6. Drain the lasagna plates well and put them on a clean dishcloth. We place two teaspoons of stuffing on one end of a lasagna plate and roll up. Cut the roll into 3 and place on the prepared tray. We repeat the procedure with the filling container and lasagna plates. We put a teaspoon of fried tomato on each roll and sprinkle with the mozzarella and oregano.

7. Bake at 200º for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, puncture each roll with a snack stick and serve.
