Breaded cauliflower with Parmesan cheese

PARMESAN ROASTED CAULIFLOWER Ingredients:
 

3 people

     1/2 cauliflower
     200 g flour
     100 g parmesan cheese powder
     1 egg
     Oil
     Salt

PARMESAN ROASTED CAULIFLOWER Steps:


     First of all we remove the leaves of the cauliflower, cut the large stem and cut it into small trees.

     Now in a bowl we prepare the flour, cheese and salt. We mix!

     We put the egg in another bowl and beat it with a pinch of salt.

     Now we put a pan to heat at quite a temperature.

     We cover the cauliflower by passing it first through an egg, soak it well.

     Now we go through the flour preparation with cheese and salt.

     Finally, we fry it well in the hot oil and we take them out and leave them on a plate with absorbent paper.

     We serve!
