Bread and chocolate pudding.  ❤

 4 hard French breads
 4 cup of milk
 1 can of condensed milk
 4 eggs
 1/2 cup chocolate powder
 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
 2 cup sugar
 1/2 cup of water

 Preparation Mode

 Cut the bread into slices, put in a bowl and leave the sauce in the milk for 30 minutes.  

Blend the bread with the milk, the condensed milk, the eggs, the chocolate and the vanilla in the blender until completely homogenized.  


For the syrup, in a pot, dissolve the sugar in the water and bring to low heat to melt, without boiling, for 12 minutes or until you get a golden caramel. 

Pour the syrup into a hole bowl in the middle of 30 cm in diameter and turn to grease completely.  Pour the cream and take to the middle oven, preheated, in a water bath, for an hour or until firm.  

Let cool and bring to the refrigerator for 6 HOURS. 

Disinform and serve.
