Pave with chocolate and passion fruit mousse ❤


2 cakes Pullman ® chocolate flavor sliced
2 CUPS (tea) of milk


2 cans of condensed milk
2 cans of milk cream without serum
2 CUPS (tea) of concentrated juice of passion fruit


Pulp of 2 MARACUYÁ
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar


2 CUPS (tea) of chantilly bought ready

Preparation method:

Soak the bottom of a 34 cm x 20 cm refractory with half the sliced ​​cake and sprinkle with half the milk.

For the mousse, in the blender, beat the condensed milk, the cream of milk and the juice of passion fruit until it is very creamy.

Pour half of that mousse on the cake. Take the refrigerator for 30 minutes to sign a little. Cover with the rest of the cake, sprinkle again with the remaining milk, separate the rest of the mousse and bring to the refrigerator for 2 HOURS. 

For the syrup, mix the ingredients in a pot, bring to a low heat, remove and let cool. 

Cover the pavé with the whipped cream and decorate with the syrup before serving.
