Panetone with chocolate cream ❤


1 can of milk cream
2 tablespoons butter butter
180 g of chocolate to the chopped milk
180 g chopped dark chocolate
2 tablespoons of chocolate liqueur
1 panetone ready flavor chocolate drops (500 g)
100 g chopped white chocolate
1/3 cup (tea) of cherries in syrup to decorate

Preparation method:

In a bowl, mix the cream, butter, chocolate milk and bitter. Melt in the microwave or in the water bath, stirring until smooth. 

Add the liquor and mix. Cut the panetone with a bread knife in 4 slices horizontally. With a spatula, separate the chocolate filling by layering panettone and cream until the top of the panetone. 

Decorate with the chocolate cream, leaving to drain on the side. Melt the white chocolate in a bath-water or in the microwave and decorate the panettone by making threads, letting it drain, with a spoon. 

Take to the refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve decorated with cherries.
