Lobster chowder soup

Lobster Soup Ingredients

    For lobster broth:

Lobster soup (Atlantic lobster chowder) Step by step:


The first thing we have to do is prepare the lobster broth. Thus, in a large casserole with 30 ml of vegetable oil we add the 1.5 kg shells of whole cooked lobsters. We reserve the lobster meat for last.
