Lifts Dead soup recipe

Ingredients :

500 gr. of shrimp
500 gr. of octopus
500 gr. of fish fillet (salt water)
150 gr. of mantaraya fillet
6 large tomatoes
1 large onion
4 dried tree chiles
3 serrano chiles
3 jalapeño peppers
Oregano
Whole pepper
Salt

How do you prepare?

Soup "levanta muertos" style sinaloa

Cut the pupo into slices, peel the shrimp and cut into pieces the fillets of fish and stingray, wash everything well.

In a large pot we boil water with oregano, pepper and salt.

Cut into small pieces the tomato, chilies, garlic and onion. We fry them in a pan with oil.

When the seasoned water is boiling add the sauce that we fry in the pan and immediately add the octopus, letting 5 minutes pass and add the shrimp, wait 5 minutes more and add the rest of the ingredients.

Let it simmer for 30 minutes until it thickens.

Serve with a little lemon and hot sauce.
