Easy Homemade Chop Suey recipe


½ kilo of Pasta or smooth loin cut into small strips
6 Cebollines thin slices
1 Carrot without shell in small strips
1 Italian pumpkin (green part) in small strips
½ Dragon tooth tray
½ Cauliflower cut into twigs and passed through boiling water
2 Cloves of finely chopped garlic
2 Tablespoon olive oil
½ Cup of white wine (100 cc)
1 cube of broth
1 Tablespoon of Cornflower
Soy sauce drops
½ Cup of hot water
Pepper to taste


1.- Heat a frying pan or wok preferably over a high heat with two tablespoons of oil, add the meat with the garlic and sauté over a very high heat for a few seconds until the meat browns slightly. 

Then, add the onion with the carrot and cook for two to three minutes stirring occasionally.

2.- Continue adding the onions with the mushrooms, zucchini and the cauliflower passed through boiling water. 

Sauté again the preparation for two minutes, then the cube of meat dissolved and stir to energetically to imbue the flavors well.

3.- Then and over high heat, add the wine and cook for 2 minutes to reduce a little. 

Add the dragon teeth, the soy sauce and the cornstarch dissolved in a little water and stir constantly until it thickens and boil for ten seconds, season with a touch of pepper and once ready serve immediately.
