CARAMEL CAKE WITH NUTS RECIPE

Ingredients:

Milk 240 ml.
Sugar 225 gr.
Flour 0000 260 gr.
Eggs 3 u.
Oil (sunflower, neutral coconut) 50 ml.
Vanilla essence 1 tsp.
Chopped walnuts 100 gr.
Dulce de leche pastry c / n.

preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180ºC (moderate). In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, until a clear preparation is achieved. Incorporate milk and oil while stirring. 

Then add the flour, little by little, and finally the essence of vanilla and chopped nuts.

Take a mold of 24 cm, previously greased and cook for about 45 minutes. Remove, let cool and fill with dulce de leche. Decorate to taste!

We love this cake, it's a delight! And as you will see, we put a lot of dulce de leche, spectacular !!

 For home it was a success! It is ideal to add to the snack table and accompany with a delicious tea or coffee.
