Donut flavored muffins
Surely this is going to be the first of many muffin recipes.
I have tried several times to make them in the oven and I have not caught the point.
With this device you save the papers from outside and they come out very well although a little small.
I found a recipe for donut-flavored muffins.
The result is very rich but they didn't know about donuts and maybe they lacked sugar in the dough.
MUFFINS DONUT INGREDIENTS:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon of chemical yeast
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup of plain yogurt
2/3 cup brown sugar Next time I will pour 1 cup.
4 to 8 tablespoons of oil (sunflower, neutral flavor)
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
MUFFINS DONUT PREPARATION:
Mix the sugar eggs, yogurt, oil. 5 minutes, 40º V 3
Add the rest of the ingredients. 2 minutes V1
Pour the dough into a bottle and fill each of the 7 holes of the appliance
Wait 12 minutes and take out.
Bathe the muffins in melted butter a few seconds in the mic.
Mix sugar and cinnamon and go through the muffins.
And enjoy them.
