PIG RIBS IN SMOKED BBQ SAUCE

Pork ribs barbecue ingredients:


    1 pork rib type pork rib or Saint Louis
    BBQ sauce
    Salt
    Pepper
    Lemon

BBQ sauce ingredients:


    2 cups tomato sauce
    2 cds of mustard
    2 cds of English sauce
    ½ cup vinegar
    4 cds of sugar or honey
    1 tbsp butter
    Star anise

Pork Ribs BBQ Preparation:


1. Marinate the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic and lemon for 30 minutes.

2. Make a cut between the bones of the ribs on the side of the membrane.

3. Bring the ribs to boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain and reserve.

4. For the sauce, melt half of the butter and mix the tomato sauce and the rest of the ingredients over medium heat and let reduce until it thickens.

5. Bathe the ribs with the sauce and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

6. Bathe with more bbq sauce and serve with celery and carrot in blue cheese sauce.

BLUE CHEESE SAUCE Ingredients:

2 cds of cream cheese
2 cds of milk cream
2 cds of melted blue cheese
1 tbsp vinegar

BLUE CHEESE SAUCE Preparation:


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl incorporating well and serve to accompany celery and carrot in julienne.
