Paleolithic diet breakfast


A shot of healthy proteins and oils, typical of a paleolithic diet. Ready in 5 steps!

If you have little time for breakfast, there are no excuses, there are more and better options to combine certain ingredients and get the necessary nutrients to yield during the morning.

This recipe is a marriage between avocado and bacon, which for some is the best mix there is and a shot of protein with healthy oils very much like the Paleolithic diet.

BREAKFAST BOMBS RECIPE Ingredients


    2 avocados (avocados)
    1/3 cup cheddar cheese
    8 slices of bacon
    1 egg (optional)

BREAKFAST BOMBS RECIPE Instructions


Preheat the oven and line a small tray with foil.
 

Peel and cut each avocado in half and remove the seed.Fill each half with cheese, then wrap each avocado with 4 slices of bacon. You can replace the cheese with an egg inside the avocado.
 

Place the bacon-wrapped avocados on the prepared baking sheet and bake until the bacon is crispy on top. With great care, turn the avocado and continue cooking for about 5 minutes per side.
 

Cut in half transversely and serve immediately.
